This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing times, delivery timeframes, tracking procedures, delivery restrictions, and other important shipping information. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day. During the processing period, we prepare your items for shipment, including order verification, quality checks, and packaging. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is completed, and another notification once your order is ready to ship.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is 5–7 business days for most destinations worldwide. This is the average transit time for our standard international shipping service. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs or postal processes. Business days refer to Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays. If your package has not arrived within a few days beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can assist you.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number on our website’s “Track Your Order” page or directly on the carrier’s tracking site to monitor the shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the tracking number. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within the expected processing time, or if the tracking link is not updating after 1–2 business days, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reliable international shipping services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. If a specific shipping method or carrier is not selected at checkout, LEDOF will choose the most appropriate delivery method based on your destination. We partner with leading global couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and trusted local postal services to deliver your package. The choice of carrier depends on your location and service availability. All shipments include tracking information so you can conveniently follow your order’s journey from our warehouse to your address.

Delivery Restrictions

LEDOF ships LED lighting products to most countries worldwide. However, at this time we do not ship to the following countries:

  • Kazakhstan
  • Ukraine
  • Russia
  • India

We apologize for any inconvenience to customers in these regions. Additionally, please note that we are currently unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses due to carrier limitations. Kindly provide a valid physical street address for delivery to ensure there are no issues with your shipment.

Potential Delays

While we strive to meet the delivery estimates above, certain circumstances can result in delays. Please be aware of the following potential delays:

  • Customs Clearance: International orders may occasionally be held for customs inspection in the destination country, which can add a few days to delivery times. In addition, any import duties or taxes imposed by your country’s customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient (these charges are not included in our product or shipping costs).
  • High Volume Periods: During peak shopping seasons (such as holidays, promotional periods, or large sales events), order processing and shipping may take longer than usual due to high order volumes. We encourage placing orders early during such periods to allow extra time for delivery.
  • Remote Locations: Shipments to remote or rural areas might require a few additional days beyond the standard 5–7 business day estimate. Our courier partners will deliver as quickly as possible, but please anticipate slight extensions of delivery time if you live in an outlying region.
  • Unforeseen Events: Delays can also occur due to events beyond our control – for example, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation strikes, or global events (such as pandemic-related disruptions). These unforeseen issues may impact transit and cause further delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
